  • Free Plan: Free listings with limited features and duration
  • Starter Plan: Entry-level paid plan with verified badge and up to 7 listings
  • Silver Plan: Enhanced listings with priority placement and extended features
  • Gold Plan: Complete property marketing solutions with advanced analytics
  • Platinum Plan: Bulk listings with dedicated support and custom features

Subscription Terms

  • All subscription plans are billed in advance for the selected period (monthly, quarterly, or annually).
  • Subscriptions automatically renew at the end of each billing cycle unless cancelled.
  • You will receive email notifications before automatic renewal.
  • Plan upgrades take effect immediately; downgrades take effect at the next billing cycle.

Cancellation Terms

  • You can cancel your subscription within 2 days of activation
  • After cancellation, you will not retain access to premium features.
  • Your listings will be downgraded to basic status after subscription expiry.

Refund Policy

Eligibility for Refunds

  • 7-Day Money-Back Guarantee: Full refund available within 2 days of initial subscription purchase for first-time subscribers.
  • Service Disruption: Pro-rated refunds for documented service outages exceeding 48 continuous hours.
  • Duplicate Charges: Full refund for any accidental duplicate billing charges.
  • Unauthorized Charges: Full refund for charges not authorized by the account holder.

Non-Refundable Items

  • Subscriptions used for more than 2 days (except for service disruptions).
  • Add-on services such as featured listings, premium photography, or virtual tours.
  • One-time setup fees or custom development charges.
  • Subscription renewals after the first billing cycle.

Refund Process

  • Submit refund requests through your account dashboard or by contacting support.
  • Provide reason for refund and any supporting documentation.
  • Refund requests are reviewed within 2-3 business days.
  • Approved refunds are processed within 5-7 business days to the original payment method.
  • Refunds are issued to the original payment method used for the transaction.

Pro-rata Calculations

For eligible partial refunds, we calculate amounts based on:

  • Unused portion of the subscription period at the time of cancellation.
  • Services and features actively used during the billing period.
  • Any promotional discounts or credits applied to the original purchase.

Payment Failures & Account Suspension

  • Failed payments will result in email notifications and retry attempts.
  • Accounts with failed payments are suspended after 7 days.
  • Suspended accounts have 30 days to resolve payment issues before data deletion.
  • No refunds are provided for suspended accounts due to payment failures.

Data Retention After Cancellation

  • Account data is retained for 90 days after subscription cancellation.
  • Property listings are converted to basic status but remain visible.
  • You can reactivate your subscription anytime during the retention period.
  • After 90 days, premium data and analytics are permanently deleted.

Dispute Resolution

If you disagree with our refund decision:

  • Contact our support team with additional information or documentation.
  • Escalate to our management team for review within 30 days.
  • Consider dispute resolution through your payment provider if applicable.
  • Legal disputes are subject to jurisdiction as specified in our Terms of Service.

Changes to This Policy

We reserve the right to modify this Cancellation & Refund Policy at any time. Changes will be effective immediately upon posting on our website. Continued use of our services after policy changes constitutes acceptance of the new terms. We will notify existing subscribers of material changes via email.
